Do you have any gift services?

Yes. We offer Gift Cards! You can grab one right here. Digital Gift Cards will be emailed to you and from there, you can print or send it along to the recipient. Physical Gift Cards will be shipped to the address you enter at checkout.

We also offer a free Gift Note service. In your Cart, please select this option below the order summary. You may then type a message to the person you are gifting to, up to 500 characters. This will get printed on an exclusive We Are A Generation-designed card. Please note items in this order will have stickers on the price tags, in case you opt to ship the gift directly to the person you are gifting.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit and credit cards, both online and in our retail shops.

Online orders can also be placed via Amazon Payments, Apple Pay, and PayPal Express Checkout. Please keep in mind that PayPal enforces a 60 day refund window.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so we’ll do our best to help you with any changes or cancellations before your We Are A Generation order starts making moves. Send us a note as soon as possible at info@weareageneration.com.

When will my order ship out?
  1. We typically ask for 2-3 business days for our team to pack & ship your full order. However during promotional holiday weeks, your order will ship within 5 business days.If you want to double-check on your order status, send us a note at info@weareageneration.com.
Where do orders ship from?

Most orders will ship from our warehouse in Ohio while a few low inventory or specialty items will ship from one of our suppliers/shops. To get your full order on its way, we occasionally ship from a combination of these locations so you could receive separate packages.

If your order ships in separate packages, we will alert you using multiple tracking numbers if applicable. We’re serious when it comes to getting you your packages, let us know if we can help locate yours.

How much does shipping cost?
At the moment, we offer a few different shipping methods:
  • Standard Shipping for $7
  • 2-Day Shipping for $20
  • Next Day Shipping for $30
  • Standard Shipping is FREE when you spend $50 (before tax) or more!
How long does it take my order to arrive? Can it be expedited?

With Free Shipping, your order will arrive in 3–6 business days and will be delivered by either UPS or USPS, depending on your shipping address.

  • Alternatively, you can choose to upgrade to either 2-Day or Overnight Shipping at Checkout:
  • 2-Day Shipping is $20 at checkout, and will be delivered by UPS two business days after it is picked up by the carrier.
  • Overnight Shipping is $30 at checkout, and will be delivered by UPS one-day after it is picked up by the carrier.

Does you ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses?

Yes! We can ship to you using USPS. Use the “City” field to specify APO, FPO or DPO and the “State” dropdown to select Armed Forces (Americas/Europe/Pacific).

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within the continental U.S. Our focus is on building the movement on a firm foundation. We will revisit international shipping down the line and are excited to serve you in the near future!

How do the clothes generally fit?

Buying clothes online can be difficult when you are learning about a brand. We typically run “true to size” with a unisex fit. Let’s chat through it if necessary. Reach out to info@weareageneration.com.

How do I wash/care for my clothing?

We recommend keeping things cool — wash on cold and hang dry or use a low heat setting in the dryer. This will keep the stretchy fibers and shape of the garment intact, while reducing your energy use. It’s good for your gear + mother Earth.

Where do you make your gear?

Currently, we use manufacturer in the US, China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Italy, and Portugal. To select our stateside and overseas partners, we prioritize quality, compliance to worker’s safety, fair wages and benefits, and dedication to minimizing environmental impacts (things like water waste and air emissions).

What are you doing to help the planet?

We offer reusable shopping totes online, incentivize our community & employees to use public transit and bike shares, and we avidly recycle. When it comes to product, we aim to plan our assortment just-right so we don’t create excess products or waste. Plus, our gear is designed to last—a longer lifespan keeps product in your possession longer and out of landfills.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted on unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of purchase, unless marked Final Sale. A quick try-on is cool — the big game or girls/guys night out is not cool.

We are committed to apparel that lasts. If your product fails to perform or is damaged due to a material or manufacturing error, we’ll replace it or work with you on another solution. All replacements are at the discretion of our team — we pledge to keep it honest if you will.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Returns are accepted via email notification. To start a Return or Exchange, head over to your email and let us know. We’ll send you an email that links to your order history — from there, you can select which items you’re sending back and print a prepaid return label.

For exchanges, you can try a new color / size for any style when selecting which items you’re sending back. This is based on available inventory. We’ll ship the new color / size right away!

How long does a refund/exchange take?

Your return is our main priority! From start to finish, please give your refund/exchange 7-14 days to get back to you.

Our Returns Team is located on the East Coast, so return travel may take up to 5 business days + 3-4 days for processing. Once we have your items checked in, we’ll send the refund your way. Exchange items will be sent out as soon as you request them.

How do I return from an APO/FPO/DPO address?

We are currently unable to create prepaid return labels for APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. You can send any returns back our way through USPS to the address listed below.

If you email our team with an image of your shipping receipt, we will happily reimburse you with store credit up to $15.

What discounts do you offer?

From time to time we run promotions that include product discounts. You will save the specified discount on the select styles marked. Once your online account is registered/activated, the discount will be automatically applied to the respective styles at checkout.

What are the terms & conditions of the Student Account program?

We Are A Generation can override, change or cancel your Student Account at any time. To be eligible for a Student Account, you must be currently enrolled at a U.S. college or university with a valid student email address. Accounts will expire once you are no longer a student.

Discount is only available to currently enrolled university students with a valid student ID or email address. Purchases must be for personal use only. Offer is valid for 10% off your order, except select styles, at weareageneration.com and in We Are A Generation stores. Offer cannot be combined with other offers. Offer is not valid on prior purchases. Exclusions apply, including but not limited to: gift cards, third party merchandise and other select styles. Valid on domestic U.S. orders only. We Are A Generation reserves the right to change terms and conditions, substitute offer of equal, greater or lesser value and end offer at any time without notice. We Are A Generation also reserves the right to revoke program benefits from participants who do not abide by these terms and conditions. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Why isn’t my discount code working?

Trouble with discount codes is commonly caused by expiration dates or what’s in your shopping cart. Double check if the code you received has any restrictions, like a price hurdle or expiration date. Discount codes are also only applicable to “discountable” items. Exclusions apply, including but not limited to: Gift Cards, third party merchandise, and charitable merchandise. Other exclusions may apply.
